Insurance Restoration

A large part of our mission at J&R Roofing is to advocate for our clients. When you sustain storm damages to your property we work with homeowners and their insurance companies to obtain the maximum insurance payout for a roof repair or replacement. If your roof suffers any kind of storm damage, we can assess it and work with you and your insurance company to get the repairs covered.

Insurance Claims

Filing an insurance claim can be a difficult and frustrating process, but J&R Roofing is committed to making it as painless as possible. The first step of starting an insurance restoration project is contacting us for a Free Roof Inspection to determine the extent of the damage and create an estimate of repair costs. If damages are found, we’ll help you contact your insurance company and start the claim process for you. We’ll provide photographs of all damage and a detailed estimate of the cost to repair or re-roof your home.

After we determine the extent of repairs, we’ll go through the following steps with your insurance adjuster to ensure that you get fair treatment and maximum coverage for the necessary repairs:

  • Contact your insurance company with you to file a claim.
  • Meet with your insurance adjuster to inspect the roof together.
  • Work to get approval for your roof replacement or repairs.
  • Analyze the scope of loss findings and estimated pricing from your insurance adjuster and amend any errors or omissions.

Claim Approval

Before calling in a claim and before your claim is approved, you’ll sign a contingency contract with J&R Roofing so that your insurance funds are held in trust until the repairs are completed. When all supplements are approved by your insurance, you’ll meet up with your project manager to sign a work order and get your repairs or roof replacement underway. The work order will include all the details of the project, including the project scope, roofing material, color choice, and scheduling.
